Bookkeeper/ Payroll Manager/ HR Associate

Bookkeeper / Payroll Manager / HR Associate needed immediately at our white-gloves service company to maintain records of financial transactions and HR data, process payroll and tax liabilities, manage A/R and A/P, and to ensure legal requirement compliance in cooperation with management and other staff. Experience with QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) is required (and knowledge of QB Enterprise, FileMaker Pro, and VOIP systems would be helpful). This position will be responsible for payroll processing, reporting quarterly payroll taxes, invoicing complex projects, managing the data intake for new employees, tracking finances, managing company insurance, maintaining  sensitive company and employee information, and office logistics. Our offices are located between El Jebel and Glenwood Springs, near Carbondale.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
