POSITION SUMMARYWe are seeking a Project Designer to design High-end luxury residential propertiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelops design and technical solutions under the supervision of a Job Captain, ProjectArchitect/Manager or Senior Project Architect/ManagerHas introductory knowledge of local City and County codes and agencies, as well as uniform building codesPrepares marketing material such as award submittals and presentationsPrepares presentation materials in print and digital formCoordinates project design and develops creative-design conceptsMay work independently on architectural design projects and often coordinates project design effortsREQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE3 to 5 years of experience in developing details and providing planning and designProfessional architectural or design degree preferredProficient in CAD systems (Revit preferred) Proficient in rendering and presentation software applicationsPERSONAL ATTRIBUTESDedicated to pursuing design excellence as a guiding principleAble to convey ideas and present design solution options graphicallyAble to interact with PM's about project design intent and goals in order to assist in developing the overall project designAble to understand and reinforce overall design concepts within context of daily tasks.
